Here are the basic costs associated with the Classes/Courses listed for 2023:
1. Travel: Mileage rate is the current IRS Federal Government rate at time of the event. Times actual travel miles as reflected in MapQuest from home to site of event.
2. Lodging: Actual cost of a single hotel (no-smoking) room (queen/king) at a reputable chain hotel OR a group member can host by providing a dedicated bathroom/bedroom in a non-smoking environment.
3. Air Travel: Actual cost for airfare and any fees for transporting over weight luggage.
4. Meals: Travel meals will be $15 per day of travel. Other meals will be provided by the even planners or can be billed at $30 per day cost if preferred.
5. Lecture/Trunk-Show. $450.00 (1-2 hrs and items can be photographed afterwards)
6. Workshops:
a. Half Day Class/Workshop: $525 with set maximum attendance. $30 per person for all attendees after the maximum of twenty has been reached (with prior approval).
b. Full Day Class/Workshop: $825 with set maximum attendance. $50 per person for all attendees after the maximum of twenty has been reached (with prior approval).
c. Two-Day Class/Workshop: $950 with set maximum attendance. $60 per person for all attendees after the maximum of twenty has been reached (with prior approval).
d. Three-Day Class/Workshop: $1,200 with set maximum attendance. $75 per person for all attendees after the maximum of twenty has been reached (with prior approval).
7. Combinations: Lecture/Trunk-Show can be combined with any Workshop for $300.00 rather than just alone. Multiple day trips can be accommodated within reason. (Example: Lecture/Trunk-Show at meeting on Thursday...then single workshop on following Saturday) Workshops can be combined but the total time will extend to allow each workshop the allotted schedule above (Example: Retreat can include Lecture/Trunk-show the evening of arrival, and then more than one workshop during a week-long event).
