There are half-day, full day, and multi-day workshops. So, you should be able to find a class/course that fits your available timeframe for a group.
20 students is the maximum size (if you need more, there will be a per-person cost added for each student above the 20 maximum). Any additional students must be approved by me prior to my travel.
Contact me to discuss if you have questions about scheduling, workshop content, etc.. All course hours are estimated based on average completion times; so a specific group may take a bit less or more. Class size will also influence the ability to finish even within a given time.

Silk Ribbon Embroidery Sampler Booklet Workshop
(photo not available until October 2022)
Two-day (without book assembly)
Three-day (with book sewing completed)
Attendees will be provided the pattern for assembly of the booklet; but you have the option on whether you would like to complete this sewing portion of the workshop without my guidance. The Silk Ribbon Embroidery (SRE) work to complete the various booklet page examples will take two days. Each booklet page will be a pocket that holds the design and stitching instructions for that specific SRE motif. So, after the booklet is finished; it becomes a reference and pattern for future use. Students have the option to trace their embroidery designs to background fabric, or have me print them prior to the course (3 options for fabric are available). Students can provide all of the supplies themselves or request supply kits for the silk ribbon, printed image, and beads.
Shabby Chic Style Purse Workshop
Single-day (7 hr)
Attendees will be provided the pattern for assembly of the purse but may be finishing later if the class size is large. The Silk Ribbon Embroidery (SRE) work to complete the purse will take up the majority of the day. The purse includes a back pocket and could include inside pockets as desired. Students have the option to print their silkie image themselves or have me print it for them. These options will determine the cost of the supply kit of printed image (or not), beads, fiber, and silk ribbon. Students will always provide their desired fabric, lace motifs and trims. Students can also decide to provide all of the supplies themselves rather than requesting partial/full supply kits.
Silk Ribbon Embroidery Pincushion
Half-day (4 hr)
This is a great class and the pin cushion is a good size and heavy weight. A partial supply list is provided so each student can bring a fabric of their choice if desired...or use the white flannel/fleece fabric as in the photo. A partial supply kit of beads, fibers, and silk ribbon is available, or students can bring all supplies instead.
Modern Crazy Quilt Basics Block
Two-day (14 hrs) embellishment class
Half day (4 hours) block piecing class
This is a start to finish crazy quilt instruction module. We will be following the design and instructions in the Basic Crazy Quilt Block featured in my online workshops. Students can supply all of the supplies or just the fabrics. The block can be prepared before the class (pattern provided before the workshop) or during a half-day sewing session class at the start of the visit. A full supply list can be provided so students can provide their own embellishments or only provide the two pieces of 1/2 wide trims for the block. These should match the fabrics; so are not provided by the instructor. A full kit of embellishments (fiber, sequins, buttons, beads, baubles, lace motifs, silk ribbon), needles, and beading mat is also available.
